It’s everything Foucault ever wrote, condensed into a single ten minute training video.

I just watched the strip search procedure video. It made me think of the time I was in the visiting area of the Tennessee State Penitentiary and a prisoner friend took a neck chain from me. The guards gave it back to me after he went through the checkpoint to return to his “home” area. The instruction not to touch the prisoner reminded me of what my friend said when we went to Montreal to see the nude dancers — you aren’t supposed to touch them.
Look with your eyes, not your hands. That’s a steadfast rule at any strip club. Unless you’re shelling out C-notes, in which case you’re usually invited to touch anything you want.

I keep it on my nightstand like a bedside companion, but shamefully I’ve never read it all the way through. Just bits and pieces.
